The Mother of the Buddhas. She is mostly manifested sitting in a lotus position holding a lotus in her left hand and showing her right palm in the mudra of giving. She has a third eye on her forehead, an eye each in her palms of her hands and legs as well. She is the mother of the Buddhas from the Past , Present and the Future. The manifestation of the seven eyes she possess shows that she sees the reality through the three doors of Liberation and puts in movement Compassion in unlimited love compassion joy and equanimity.
In historic reality she was born as the Chinese princess Wen Cheng in the 7th Century. She was married to the Tibetan king Tsongtsen Gampo, who declared her to be the Mother Goddess .
